Kim & Cody Goss

 

Kim & Cody have been married 17 years, reside in Signal Mountain and have three children. We enjoy spending time with our family, enjoying the outdoors and volunteering in our community. We enjoy helping folks through our pest control company!

 

Kim is a licensed commercial applicator with fifteen years in the pest control industry. Kim earned a Masters Degree from the University of North Texas. Kim is also a teacher, hobby horticulturalist and someone who enjoys volunteering and helping others. 

 

Cody Goss is a licensed exterminator with 20 years experience and recently earned his certification from Purdue University for Urban & Industrial Pest Control. Cody is multi-licensed to take care of pests, rodents, termites, aquatics, mold, and germs.

We provide residential and commercial maintenance packages custom built for the service provided. Our prices are straightforward and typically offer quarterly service for residential and monthly service for commercial clients.

 

Residential $125 a Quarter

Commercial $95 and up a Month

 

Guaranteed Termite Treatments with warranty $1000

 

Spring/Summer yard treatments $225

 

Ultimate home protection plans for termites, rodents and pests $250 per Quarter
